Daniel Cormier and Anthony Johnson will face off at UFC 210
Johnson is the No 1 ranked challenger for the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship and beat highly rated Glover Teixeira on his last outing in August.
But now he has been handed a rematch with Cormier, who beat him for the vacant title in January 2015.
The pair will headline UFC 210 in Buffalo, the first event there for 22 years, in April 8.

The first bout between the two was an epic ding-dong battle.
The more powerful Johnson, who has since knocked out his last three opponents, put Cormier on the canvas in the very first round.
However, the two-time Olympic wrestler recovered and took the fight to the ground where he won by rear naked choke in the second.
And after two successful title defences, he will mount a third that had initially been slated for December, only for injury to force Cormier to pull out of UFC 206.
But he will now return to the octagon against Johnson with Jon Jones likely waiting for the victor.
Jones was stripped the light heavyweight title before the first Cormier-Johnson fight after his involvement in a hit-and-run incident.
