Entering a mystery game in the Aztec zone, Adil set about working out what needed to be done to win the all important crystal.
Along with his team mates made up of Rylan Clark-Neal and Joel Dommett, the 43-year-old worked out that he needed to gently use strings to guide a plate of small balls into a funnel.
However, should three touch the ground, he would be instantly locked in the game.
Adil Ray made an epic mistake, leaving him dropping all the balls in quick timing
Viewers chucked at the innuendos around Adil's gaffe
After pulling just one string, the plate collapsed, sending all balls hurtling to the floor, being one of the quickest lock-ins ever.
Despite the hilarious scene, viewers couldn't help but see the smutty side of the incident, taking to Twitter to share their jokes.
One posted: #CrystalMaze Blimey! His balls dropped in record time!"
Another said the incident was "embarrassing" while another joked: "Aldi blew the lot!! #CrystalMaze."
