Yangel Herrera has agreed to join Manchester City
Atletico Venezuela president Rubén Villavicencio confirmed City's interest earlier in the day, saying: "Yes, it’s the only offer on the table.
“A decision will be made after the (South American Youth Championship) and will be one that suits the player.”
Pep Guardiola’s side have been tracking the 19-year-old for some time and it seems an agreement has finally been reached for his transfer.

Atletio Venezuela confirmed the news on Twitter and he will link up with City following the South American U20 Championships.
Herrera is unlikely to be involved in Guardiola’s first-team plans and he could even be sent out on loan immediately to earn regular game time.
