The machines, which are cheaper and more efficient than human workers are used to sort packages in a warehouse in eastern China.
The self-charging little orange robots follow a pre-set route and carry parcels from the assembly line to the departure gates.
The machines, which are 19cm (7.5 inches) tall, started being used by the company – STO Express, last November.
In the footage the robots can be seen speeding and swivelling across the large warehouse carrying packages, in Linyi, Shandong Province.

A worker can be seen placing packages on each robot before they deliver the product to its destination.
The orange machines flip their lids to slide the packages into chutes beneath the floor, before returning to get another package.
The robots identify where the packages need to be delivered by scanning a code on the parcel, which according to the video, minimises mistakes.
The robots can sort up to 200,000 packages each day and can operate around the clock, however are currently only being used for around six to seven hours a day.

A STO Express spokesperson told the South China Morning Post that the robots helped the company save half the costs it typically requires for human workers.
He said: “We use these robots in two of our centres in Hangzhou right now.
“We want to start using these across the country, especially in our bigger centres.”
The company have also improved efficiency by around 30 per cent.

The workers are developed by HIKVISION, a Chinese digital technology company and are known as the HIKVISION intelligent sorting robots.
Travelling at a maximum speed of three meters (9.8 feet) per second, the robots find their way around the warehouse using coding and its own camera.
The robots, which can be seen charging themselves in the footage, take around half an hour to fully recharge, before returning to work.
