Bastian Schweinsteiger was full of praise for his time at Manchester United
Bastian Schweinsteiger was confirmed as a Chicago Fire player today, calling time on his short spell with Manchester United.
The 32-year-old struggled to make much of an impact at Old Trafford this season and made only four appearances under Jose Mourinho.
But despite this, Chicago boss Nelson Rodriguez has claimed Schweinsteiger had only good words to say about his former employers.

"He is a gentleman and a sportsman," Rodriguez said.
"Bastian has had nothing but good things to say about his experience at United and his relationship with his team-mates and the coaching staff.
"He clearly has great affection for the fans as well.

Schweinsteiger made a total of 35 appearances for Manchester United, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
