Ruben Loftus-Cheek started for Chelsea against Brentford
Loftus-Cheek put in an inspired performance during Chelsea’s 4-0 rout of Brentford in the FA Cup yesterday.
The 21-year-old has made just six appearances for the Blues all season.
And while Chelsea have a host of players out on loan, Loftus-Cheek has never been sent away for game time elsewhere.

But Sinclair thinks it is time the Chelsea academy product left Stamford Bridge, even if it is only for a short loan spell.
“One of the highlights for me was Ruben Loftus-Cheek,” Sinclair said when discussing Chelsea’s win on Match of the Day.
“He was outstanding. He played in a more forward role in the team and he looked really comfortable and effective in that position.

“It’s a conundrum. You go away and someone gets injured and you could have had an opportunity.
“Or you could be waiting for ever.
“He’s not a young man anymore. I feel it would be a good option if he got to a good club and played some football.
“Get the experience and feel like the main man, because he looks like he has the ability to be one.”
