04.50: Atletico Madrid star Saul Niguez insists Diego Costa’s return would be ‘well received’.
Costa has been heavily linked with a move away from Chelsea and is the subject of a huge-money offer from the Chinese Super League.
Over the weekend, the Spaniard said Atletico were the only club he would leave Chelsea for.
And Niguez thinks Costa would be a welcome addition if he went back to the Spanish capital telling AS: “If he can be signed, if he comes, Diego Costa would be well received.
“He knows the place, we know him, and he would not take long to fit into the play of Atletico Madrid.”

22.40: Chelsea have entered the race to sign Barcelona star Arda Turan, according to reports.
Turan is likely to leave the Nou Camp this summer following Ernesto Valverde's appointment.
The new boss wants to overhaul his squad as he bids to reclaim the La Liga title after they surrendered the crown to Real Madrid this season.
And Turkish outlet Fotomac claim the Blues have made an enquiry to sign the midfielder.

Arsenal are also in the running to sign the Turkey international, but he could be swayed by a move to Stamford Bridge due to the lure of Champions League football.

19.50: Chelsea are planning a move for Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Alphonse Areola to replace Asmir Begovic, according to reports.
With Thibaut Courtois Antonio Conte’s first-choice, the Italian wants to ensure he has competition for a starting place.
And The Sun claim PSG’s Areola is the man on his wishlist.
17.50: Liverpool have confirmed the signing of striker Dominic Solanke from Chelsea.
The 19-year-old has allowed his contract to run down at Chelsea after failing to agree terms on a new deal.
A club statement read: "Liverpool FC have agreed personal terms with Dominic Solanke to sign the England youth international this summer.
"The 19-year-old striker will complete the transfer to the Reds on July 1, 2017, upon the expiry of his contract with his current club, Chelsea."
17.15: Chelsea have let Asmir Begovic go to Bournemouth.
The Bosnian made just 17 Premier League appearances during two years at Stamford Bridge.
"AFC Bournemouth is an exciting, ambitious club which has everything in place for a very bright future," he said.
"Being part of a title-winning team at Chelsea was amazing but I felt now was the right time to move on because I want to be playing regular football.
"I am coming into an important part of my career and I want to show people what I am capable of.
16.30: Real Madrid's deal for Eden Hazard is reportedly causing friction inside the La Liga giants' dressing room.
Spanish outlet Diario Gol claim Isco and Marco Asensio are ready to leave if the Chelsea star is signed.
Hazard scored 17 goals across all competitions as Chelsea won the title.
And, with manager Zinedine Zidane a big fan, he could sacrifice Isco and Asensio to land his man.

15.30: Barcelona are considering selling Jordi Alba this summer.
That is according to Don Balon, who say the Spain international could be forced out by new boss Ernesto Valverde.
Alba has been linked with Chelsea after struggling for game time under Luis Enrique, and a summer move could now be in the offing.
14.40: Chelsea have failed with a £60million bid for Torino striker Andrea Belotti, according to reports in Italy.
Newspaper Tuttosport claim the Blues are not willing to mach the 23-year-old's £86m release clause and have backed down.
Manchester United and Arsenal are also said to have had offers of £60m and £52m rejected by Torino who are holding out for the full value.
13.00: Sky Sports are saying Chelsea have agreed a £10million fee with Bournemouth for Asmir Begovic.
The Cherries tried to sign the goalkeeper in January but were knocked back as the Blues could not find a replacement.

12.45: Chelsea striker Dominic Solanke is set to join Liverpool.
The 19-year-old had a number of suitors in the Premier League, as well as Celtic and Red Bull Leipzig, however he has opted to join the Reds.
He will leave Stamford Bridge on a free transfer with the Blues receiving a mere £3million compensation fee following a tribunal.
11:30: The bookies have U-turned!
Diego Costa was 1/5 to be playing his last game at Wembley on Saturday – but odds now show Spaniard is set to stay.
Betway’s Alan Alger said: “The odds suggest Diego Costa’s much-touted move to China could be called off. The Spaniard was as short as 1/5 before the FA Cup final to head east, but the betting has shifted dramatically over the last 24 hours with Costa now odds-on at 4/6 to remain a Chelsea player.
“China isn’t out of the picture at 9/4, although the odds for that move have been steadily drifting, and there’s been plenty of interest in a return to Atletico at 5/2.”
9:54: Diego Costa says Everton striker Romelu Lukaku would be a great addition to the Chelsea side.
Chelsea want to sign Lukaku this summer but Everton are holding out for £70million for the Belgium international.
His arrival could spell the departure of either Costa or Michy Batshuayi.
And Costa has given the Blues his blessings to go after the frontman.
“I do not know – that’s a decision for the club,” he said when asked about a deal for the Toffees striker.
“Of course Lukaku is a very big player who played an impressive season. I hope he can sign at Chelsea because it’s a unique club.
“He is a big player and has an impressive future for himself. The past matches have proven that he has quality and scoring ability.
“He is a boy who will take great steps. Hopefully he will continue to grow – he has all the qualities to stay here. (Mickey) Batshuayi may stay because he’s young and I could be leaving.”
Chelsea want to sign Romelu Lukaku
9:35: Asmir Begovic will have a medical at Bournemouth this week ahead of a £15million transfer from Chelsea.
Begovic wants to leave the Blues after struggling for game time behind Thibaut Courtois this season.
The Daily Mail claim a £15million deal between the two clubs has been agreed.
And Begovic will head to Dean Court for a medical test.
8.50am: Chelsea can get to work on their transfer plans knowing Antonio Conte is unlikely to leave this summer.
That is because Conte’s main suitors, Inter Milan, are closing in on a deal to appoint Luciano Spalletti as their new manager.
Roma today confirmed Spalletti will leave the club following the expiration of his contract this summer.
The Italian is now the frontrunner to take up the vacant position at Inter.
Conte has been offered the job at the San Siro but Chelsea are determined to keep their title-winning boss.
And it appears as though the Stamford Bridge outfit will succeed, with Spalletti expected to discuss terms with Inter shortly.

8.00am: Chelsea are interested in signing Fiorentina gem Federico Bernardeschi.
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is scouring Italy for the country’s best young talent ahead of the new Premier League season.
Bernardeschi is available for £30million.
And Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla claims Chelsea are in the running for the forward, alongside Manchester United, Juventus and Inter Milan.
It is added that Fiorentina will look to sell Bernardeschi if the player refuses a new £41,000-a-week contract, with his current deal expiring in the summer of 2019.
4.45am: Chelsea are still yet to agree a new deal for Nemanja Matic, reports claim.
Matic is currently under contract with the club until 2019.
Though there is intent to extend his deal, the Daily Mail claim they have been unable to finalise fresh terms.
It is said Manchester United are still weighing up a swoop.

2.00am: Manchester United could pursue a deal for Willian if they fail to land Ivan Perisic, reports claim.
Jose Mourinho is keen to bring a winger to the club and is an admirer of the Brazilian.
Alhough United supposedly have a verbal agreement in place for Inter Milan's Perisic, The Independent suggests Mourinho will ramp up his interst in Chelsea star Willian if differences can't be resolved.

10.25pm: Diego Costa admits he could leave Stamford Bridge – but hopes Michy Batshuayi stays with the Blues.
Costa said: “He [Batshuayi] is a big player and has an impressive future for himself.
“The past matches have proven that he has quality and scoring ability.
“He is a boy who will take great steps.
“Hopefully he will continue to grow – he has all the qualities to stay here.
“Batshuayi may stay because he’s young and I could be leaving."
Willian is attracting strong interest from Bayern Munich
9.30pm: Bayern Munich have reportedly set their sights on Chelsea star Willian as they grow frustrated in their pursuit for Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez.
Sanchez is about to enter the final 12 months of his contract at Arsenal and is no closer to signing an extension at the north London club.
But the 28-year-old is said to be looking to double his current salary of £150,000 a week at the Emirates, which Bayern are unwilling to do.
And according to German outlet Abendzeitung, the Bundesliga champions could make a move for Willian if they fail to land Sanchez.
6pm: Chelsea have reportedly launched an enquiry about Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng.
The Daily Mail say the World Cup winner is on Antonio Conte's radar.
The Italian is considering a move for the Germany international as an alternative to Virgil van Dijk.
Van Dijk's next destination is uncertain with the Southampton star wanted by Liverpool, Manchester City and Everton.
4pm: Atletico Madrid want to sign both Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas from Chelsea this summer.
That is according to Spanish outlet Don Balon, who say manager Diego Simeone is preparing a double raid.
Costa could leave the Blues and hinted he would be open to returning to Atletico after Chelsea's 2-1 defeat to Arsenal at the weekend.
Fabregas also suggested he could leave Stamford Bridge after starting the game on the bench – and could return La Liga in order to secure regular first-team football.
3.30pm: Joe Hart has returned to Manchester City following his loan spell at Torino.
The England international has been linked with a shock move to Chelsea if Thibaut Courtois leaves for Real Madrid.
“Thank you Torino, I am so proud to have played for your special football club," he said on Instagram.
“I will come back to see you all one day so it is bye for now, enjoy an amazing summer.
“The way you have treated me and my family is something that we will never forget.

2.50pm: Bayern Munich have reportedly set their sights on Chelsea winger Willian.
German tabloid Abendzeitung claim the Bundesliga giants are looking to freshen up their attacking options and are keen on the Brazilian.
He will reportedly command a fee in the region of £43million, making him Bayern's most expensive signing.
9.00am: Eden Hazard has joked Everton star Romelu Lukaku is on his way to Chelsea.
"If I sign a new contract, There may not be enough money left to get Romelu!" he told Belgian outlet Het Nieuwsblad.
"No, I'm kidding. Whoever comes, we will be ready for the new season."
8.50am: Chelsea are reportedly set to rival Manchester United for Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic.
Sky Sports Italia claim United have made an initial bid of £36million but the Blues are considering making a rival offer.
Inter reportedly value Perisic in the region £50m following his fine season at the San Siro, scoring 10 goals and providing 20 assists in all competitions.
8.45am: Eden Hazard has admitted he is open to signing a new deal with Chelsea but talks are yet to get underway.
"At this moment, there's nothing on the table. We're waiting for the end of the season," he told Belgian outlet Het Nieuwsblad.
"I'm still calm. We will talk. If not, then we'll see."

8.20am: John Terry has claimed he has not yet decided whether or not he will retire following his departure from Chelsea.
"Hopefully one day I'll be back here [at Wembley] as a manager, that's kind of the ambition," Terry said.
"It has been difficult for me actually as a player because I've been looking to do coaching for the last year.
"But, if I do stop or if I do carry on playing, I will press on in that [coaching] regardless. I do want to be a manager."

20:45: Chelsea and Arsenal are set to turn down the chance to sign Borussia Dortmund's Marco Reus this summer.
The Germany international has been linked with moves to both clubs in recent months.
But the Metro say a serious knee injury looks set to put an end to Premier League teams' hopes of signing him.
14.20: Schalke are weighing up a move for Chelsea forward Bertrand Traore, according to German publication Bild.
Traore has spent the 2016/17 season on loan at Ajax as he helped guide them to the Europa League final.
He will now return to Chelsea but his future remains unclear under Antonio Conte.
And Bild claim Schalke will look to offer him a way out of Stamford Bridge by giving him the opportunity to ply his trade in the Bundesliga.

13.20: Everton striker Romelu Lukaku is at the centre of a world record £100million tug of war between Chelsea and Manchester United.
Everton are keen to hang onto their top marksman, who fired home 25 Premier League goals this term.
But Sunday Express understands both United and Chelsea will go after the Belgium international, who could fetch a world-record transfer fee.
11.35: The Sun on Sunday claim Chelsea will battle it out with Arsenal this summer for Torino's £85million-rated striker Andrea Belotti.
Belotti, who has also been linked with Manchester United, has scored 27 goals in 37 appearances this season.
Arsenal were interested in the Italian in January and are said to have had a £56m bid turned down by Torino.
Chelsea are keen to strengthen their options up front this summer, with Michy Batshuayi linked with a move away after his lack of game time at Stamford Bridge.
