00:40: Diego Costa will cost Tianjin Quanjian a world-record £152million, according to reports.
The Chelsea striker has been heavily linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this season.
But the Daily Mail claim Chelsea are set to receive well what they are expecting for his transfer.
It is suggested his £76m price tag will be subject to a Chinese FA (CA) 100 per cent 'tax' on the Chinese Super League clubs' big-money transfers.
This means Costa's £76m fee would be doubled and would shatter Paul Pogba's £89m move from Juventus to Manchester United.
Costa will apparently earn £620,000-a-week after tax.

9.25pm: Bertrand Traore has claimed he will soon sit down with the club to discuss his future.
“I will go with the national team [Burkina Faso] and after that take some rest,” Traore said following Ajax’s 2-0 defeat to Manchester United in the Europa League.
“Then I will go back to Chelsea and have a talk – we will see.

“That’s my hope (to be at Chelsea next season).
8.20pm: Chelsea have given permission to Brighton and Newcastle to speak to Tammy Abraham.
The Telegraph claim both clubs want to take the striker on loan next season.
And Chris Hughton's side are said to be leading the chase for the 19-year-old.
3.30pm: Victor Moses has credited Antonio Conte for his turn-around.
Moses was an outcast at Chelsea and had spent almost his whole time at Stamford Bridge out on loan.
But this season he has been turned into an important part of the team and is closing in on the double.
"That would be a great achievement for me," he said.
"We've got a new manager here who's willing to give everyone an opportunity. He gave me that opportunity and I didn't look back after that.
"I'm very pleased with that and I just want to keep improving in every game I play. It's a new role for me and I'm still getting used to it.
"I'm more focused now than ever. I'm enjoying my football again.
"The more games you play, the more experience you get and I'm enjoying that so far this season.
"It's from the manager, he's given me a lot of confidence. Not just me personally, but the other boys as well.
"He gives every single one of us confidence to go out there and enjoy our football."
3pm: Kyle Walker has dropped a hint that his Tottenham future is over.
The Spurs defender fell out with Mauricio Pochettino after being left on the bench against Chelsea and Arsenal last month.
And he has poted a collage on Instagram saying 'Thank you' to Tottenham fans.
12.30: Marseille are keen on a deal for Kurt Zouma, according to reports in France.
Zouma battled back from injury this season but failed to make his mark on Antonio Conte’s side.
Zouma impressed at Chelsea under Jose Mourinho but could be let go this summer with Conte keen to add more defenders to his side.
And L’Equipe claim Marseille want him and Arsenal’s Laurent Koscielny.
11.15am: Chelsea have given Newcastle and Brighton permission to speak to Tammy Abraham about a loan move.
Abraham impressed on loan at Bristol City in the Championship last season, scoring 26 goals.
And the 19-year-old is now set for a go in the Premier League.
The Telegraph report that Brighton hope to pip Newcastle to the youngster.
Chelsea however plan on securing him to a longer contract before sending him out.
10.30am: David Luiz admits Chelsea need to be at their best to beat Arsenal on Saturday.
Chelsea face Arsenal in the FA Cup final Saturday afternoon.
And Luiz thinks it will be a difficult battle.
"I think when you play for a big club you need to have this kind of ambition to play to win every competition so we know we'll play against a fantastic team, fantastic players in good shape,” he said.
"They have fantastic players and an amazing coach so we need to be in our high level to win this final."
9.30am: The Chinese FA have announced a new 100% tax on signing foreign players.
The CFA says: "Clubs signing players through capital expenditure will be charged the same amount, with the full sum going to the Chinese Football Development Foundation, to train young players, promote social football and soccer charity activities."
And that could have repercussions for Chelsea and Diego Costa.
Costa was expected to move to the CSL this summer after interest in January.
But it remains to be seen if they will still be interested.
9am: Willian is ready to snub interest from Manchester United to stay at Chelsea.
The Brazilian winger has been linked with a move to United after struggling to win a regular place in Antonio Conte’s side.
But Willian is happy to stay put.
He told the Evening Standard: "Yes. I have a contract with Chelsea until 2020 and I am very happy here.
"I have a great relationship with all the people that work at Chelsea and the fans too. They have been great to me since I joined.
"Chelsea are back in the Champions League next season and I am looking forward to playing in it again. It is a big, big target for us and we have to look to win that trophy next year."
Ivan Perisic wants a move to the Premier League
8.30am: Alvaro Morata would prefer to join AC Milan over Chelsea, according to reports in Spain.
Morata is one of Chelsea’s top summer targets with Antonio Conte targeting European success having won the Premier League.
Diego Costa looks set to leave and Morata could replace the Spain striker.
But Diario Gol claim Morata would rather go back to Italy, where he spent two seasons with Juventus, to team up with AC Milan.

4.25am: Ivan Perisic would reportedly prefer to move to the Premier League should he leave Inter Milan.
Manchester United and Chelsea have both been linked to the Croatia international, who shone at Euro 2016 last summer.
Perisic's current contract runs until 2020.
And according to Gazzetta dello Sport, he wants his next switch to be the Premier League
2.10am: John Terry is reportedly not wanted by Bournemouth.
The Chelsea captain is eyeing his next move with his contract expiring at Stamford Bridge this summer.
Having bid farewell to supporters on Sunday, the likes of Swansea, West Brom and Stoke are said to be keen on bringing in the experienced centre-half.
However, according to the Daily Echo, Terry is not on Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe's wishlist, with links to the Cherries apparently wide of the mark.

11.45pm: John Terry isn't wanted by Bournemouth this summer.
The veteran defender bid farewell to Chelsea on Sunday after the Blues' 5-1 final-day Premier League win over Sunderland.
A whole host of clubs have been interested in signing the 35-year-old, including West Brom and Swansea.
But Bournemouth aren't one of them, with the Daily Echo claiming Cherries boss Eddie Howe won't pursue a deal.

6.51pm: Real Madrid are no longer interested in signing Thibaut Courtois.
Chelsea goalkeeper Courtois has been linked with a move back to Spain.
The Belgium international spent three years on loan at Atletico Madrid and his wife and child still live in the country.
But Spanish newspaper Marca claim Manchester United stopper David De Gea remains Real’s top target to compete for a place with Keylor Navas.
The report adds that Eden Hazard’s name may also be dropped from manager Zinedine Zidane’s shopping list.
Marco Asensio’s emergence as a reliable attacking midfielder means Real do not need Chelsea ace Hazard.
5.39pm: Real Madrid are willing to sell Alvaro Morata to a Premier League club this summer.
Express Sport understands Chelsea are keen to land Morata.
He has been earmarked as a viable candidate to replace Diego Costa should the Brazil-born striker decide to leave Stamford Bridge.
Spanish outlet Don Balon claim Morata is also wanted at Milan.
But Real president Florentino Perez has supposedly blocked that move as he doesn’t want the Spain international heading to Italy again.
Mortal enjoyed a two-year stint at Juventus before being bought back by Real last summer.

Real Madrid don't want to sell Alvaro Morata to Milan
5.18pm: Atletico Madrid have been linked with a plot to bring Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi to Spain.
Atletico are tipped to sell Antoine Griezmann this summer, with Manchester United keen on the striker.
And Atletico will waste no time seeking a replacement of Griezmann does head to Old Trafford.
Transfer outlet TMW claim the La Liga club see Batshuayi as a viable replacement for Griezmann.
Batshuayi struggled for game time in his first season and Chelsea, having arrived from Marseille in a £32million deal last summer.
Griezmann has dropped a number of hints that he is ready to join United, claiming in a television show recently that the likelihood of a deal as “six out of 10”.
3.30pm: John Terry has spoken about his controversial 26th-minute Chelsea substitution.
He said: “I couldn't care less, I promise you. All I care about is celebrating with my Chelsea fans. Me and them have a wonderful rapport and have done for 22 years. Nothing that people write or say can ever get in the way of that.
“If that's the way I want to go out, that's the way I go out because I've been here 22 years, I've won so many trophies — so if I wanted to play one minute and come off, I would have done.”
Atletico are said to be eyeing a move for Michy Batshuayi
1pm: Chelsea have sold winger Christian Atsu to Newcastle, turning his season-long loan move into a permanent deal.
The Ghana international joins the Magpies on a four-year deal, subject to a successful work permit application, and is said to have cost £6.2million.
A club statement read: "Newcastle United can confirm the permanent signing of Christian Atsu from Chelsea.
"The 25-year-old spent last season on loan at St James' Park, making 32 league appearances and scoring five goals as Rafa Benitez's side lifted the Championship title.
"The Magpies have now exercised an option to sign him for an undisclosed fee and the winger has signed a four-year deal."
1.30pm: According to Spanish transfer outlet Don Balon, Chelsea will demand a Real Madrid player in return for selling Eden Hazard this summer.
The Belgium international has been heavily linked with a move to the newly-crowned La Liga champions.
And Chelsea will reportedly want Marco Asensio, Alvaro Morata or Lucas Vazquez – plus cash – to do business for their star man.
Chelsea Transfer News: Blues could beat Manchester United to James Rodriguez
12:30: Chinese Super League side Tianjin Quanjian have played down a summer move for Chelsea striker Diego Costa after being heavily linked with the Spain international in January.
"Regarding the rumours and reports that Tianjin Quanjian's summer transfer plan is to buy Diego Costa, we hereby clarify the following: During the past six months the club has not communicated with Diego Costa or his agent regarding his transfer to Tianjin Quanjian," a club statement said.
"Our strategy of bringing new players to the club is based on the general principal of providing entertainment and sustainable development.
"We have no intention of becoming involved in any unhealthy competition and, consequently, paying a premium price."
11:05: Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez could be closer to joining Chelsea than Manchester United.
That is according to Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda.
United have been heavily linked with a move for the Real Madrid midfielder, who could have played his last game for the recently crowned La Liga champions.
But Inda told Spanish TV programme El Chiringuito de Jugones: "The club that has more options to take James is not Manchester United, but Chelsea and is the team that is nearest the signing."

10:30: Chelsea have announced the permanent sale of Juan Cuadrado to Juventus following a successful loan spell at the Serie A side.
A Chelsea statement read: "Juan Cuadrado will complete a permanent move to Juventus after the Italian club retained the Serie A title.
"The Colombian international joined Chelsea in early 2015, playing a total of 15 times and helping us secure both the Premier League title and League Cup, replacing Willian as we beat Tottenham 2-0 at Wembley.
"After appearing once as a substitute at the start of the 2015/16 season, he joined Juventus on loan, and has since helped them to back-to-back Serie A championships and this season's Champions League final, where they will face Real Madrid.
"We thank Juan for his service and wish him the best of luck in his future career."
10am: Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney is good enough to play for Chelsea, according to club legend Pat Nevin.
The Scotland international has seen his stock rise and has been linked with a cluster of Premier League clubs, including Manchester United and Arsenal.
“I would take Tierney at Chelsea right now," Nevin told BBC Radio 5 Live.
"He's that good. I remember Tierney in his early days and watching him for Scotland against England.
"The highest possible complement you can possibly pay a player is that he reminds me of Danny McGrain. You can't say anymore than that."
