Diego Costa has reportedly demanded £300,000-a-week to stay at Chelsea.
The Spain international’s future at Stamford Bridge is uncertain after a blazing row with Antonio Conte.
The striker has been offered £30million-a-year to make a sensational switch to the Chinese Super League.
And The Sun claim Costa is demanding Chelsea double his pay to stay at the club.
The 29-year-old is willing to negotiate a new deal with the Blues on the condition they meet his wage demands.

West Ham star Michail Antonio looks set to stay at the London Stadium
West Ham are set to double Michail Antonio’s wages to fend off interest from Chelsea, reports claim.
Antonio has been linked with a move to Chelsea with Conte wanting cover for his 3-4-3 formation.
The 26-year-old has bagged eight league goals for the Hammers despite their stuttering Premier League form.
But The Sun claim West Ham are set to offer him a new deal worth £75,000-a-week.
Slaven Bilic does not want to lose Antonio – particularly with Dimitri Payet desperate to leave the London stadium.

Gianluigi Donnarumma will decide on his future next month
Chelsea and Manchester United will have to wait to land AC Milan prodigy Gianluigi Donnarumma, according to reports.
Donnarumma is one of Europe’s most promising goalkeepers.
His current contract at Milan expires in 2018 and he is yet to agree on a contract extension.
Donnarumma is wanted by the Blues as a potential replacement for Thibaut Courtois, while Manchester United are also keen.
But Italian website Calcio Mercato claim the 17-year-old will delay talks over his future until his 18th birthday on February 25.
