Tammy Abraham is set to be loaned out by Chelsea again next season
Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham turned heads this season in the Championship on loan with Bristol City.
The 19-year-old’s 26 goals in all competitions have caught the attention of Premier League new boys Brighton and Newcastle United.
And according to the Telegraph, the Blues have given permission for both clubs to approach the striker about a potential loan move next season.
Both Chris Hughton and Rafa Benitez have acted swiftly to try and secure a deal for the England Under-21 international, however Brighton are said to be leading the chase.
The report says Chelsea plan to tie Abraham down to a new long-term deal before sending him out on loan for the 2017/18 season.
Following his second loan spell, the Blues will then reportedly begin to phasing him into Antonio Conte’s first-team plans.
Abraham has attracted interest from a number of Premier League and foreign clubs looking for a permanent deal for the teenager.
However, the Stamford Bridge club are said to be adamant that he will not be sold.

Abraham made 48 appearances for Bristol City this season, scoring an impressive 23 goals in the Championship alone.

The striker also racked up four assists, making him one of the most deadly strikers in the second tier.
The Telegraph claim Chelsea turned down the opportunity to sign highly-rated Brazilian forward Gabigol last summer in order to give Abraham a clear path to the first team.
And the Blues will reportedly shy away from any similar deals this summer which could hinder the 19-year-old’s progress.
