Asmir Begovic will reportedly undergo a medical with Bournemouth this week
Bournemouth attempted to sign Asmir Begovic from Chelsea in January but the deal failed to materialise.
The Blues were not willing to let the Bosnia and Herzegovina international leave Stamford Bridge without finding a replacement.
However, the deal has now been given the go-ahead and Begovic will link up with Eddie Howe's side next month.
It is understood the deal is worth in the region of £15million and he will undergo a medical with the Cherries this week.
John Terry and Nathan Ake are also targets for Bournemouth
Youngsters Nathan Ake and Kasey Palmer are both thought to be on Eddie Howe's summer wishlist.
And John Terry – who was recently released by the club – is another the Cherries' boss is keen to talk to.
