Patrick Bamford has joined Middlesbrough for an undisclosed fee.
The striker leaves Chelsea having failed to make a senior appearance for the Blues.
Bamford returns to the Riverside stadium having spent the 2014-15 season on loan, scoring 19 goals.

The 23-year-old becomes Boro’s second signing of the January window after the arrival of Rudy Gestede.
Manchester United and Lyon have agreed a fee for Dutch flop Memphis Depay.
Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas revealed terms have been finalised for the 22-year-old, who arrived at United from PSV Eindhoven in May 2015 for £25million.

The fee is believed to be around £16m including bonuses with a medical scheduled.
Memphis has made just one start in all competitions this season under Jose Mourinho.
Liverpool and Chelsea are among several clubs reportedly considering a bid for Genk forward Leon Bailey.

Bailey has emerged as one of Europe’s most sought after players.
According to the Daily Mail, Roma and Bayer Leverkusen are signalled their intention to launch a £20million bid for the Jamaican ace.
And the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea, Everton and Bournemouth may now make their own moves for Bailey.
