Antonio Conte has led Chelsea to top spot in the Premier League
Chelsea beat Arsenal at the weekend to extend the gap at the top with Tottenham now second.
But the Italian, whose side have failed to win just twice in 18 games, insists they need to keep their momentum going and not give their rivals any hope.
The Blues have been clinical in their bid to get back on top after finishing tenth last season.

Conte has come in and changed the system and the atmosphere at the club. Eden Hazard and Diego Costa are back on form and the defence has been air-tight, even without John Terry.
Chelsea travel to Burnley on Sunday and, with Tottenham facing Liverpool on Saturday, could be even further ahead come the end of the weekend.

But when asked on the Premier League show, which will air fully on BBC Two tonight, whether he is confident of winning the league, Conte said: "No.
"Now we are on top of the table but, in this league, it's very tough.
"For me, now, it's very important to continue to push and exploit this momentum because if you send the right signal for us and not the other opponents it'll be very important."
