Express Sport understands Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich wants Antonio Conte to sign a new contract.
Abramovich is wary that Inter Milan are trying to appoint the Italian boss, while the Barcelona job will be vacant come the summer.
Conte would be handed a huge £127million transfer kitty to ditch Chelsea for Inter, who are now under new owners keen to hauling the San Siro giants back to the top of European football.

But Conte told Sky Sport Italia after last night’s 2-1 win over Manchester City that he isn’t going anywhere.
"Now we are fighting hard, we are trying to end this season by achieving something important and unexpected,” he said of the title race, with Chelsea seven points clear with eight games remaining.
“Then we will certainly try to build something important together."
Asked if that meant he is planning for the summer, Conte replied: "Yes, for the next season."

Conte’s representative Andrea Pastorello was quoted last week as claiming the manager could look to move to a “historic” club at the end of the season.
And Conte admits that while he is aware of Pastorello’s comments, he does not listen to others speculating about his future.
“I honestly don’t like it when you finally find yourself on the front page and all they do is talk about you,” Conte said.
“I know Andrea Pastorello, as well as his brother, but when I hear others talking about my position I do not like it.
“If you want to know something you can ask me and I can tell you how things are.”

Conte is aware of interest in his signature after a stellar season at Stamford Bridge in which he has taken over a team that finished 10th last season and masterminded their surge up the table.
The manager is aware that interest in his star players is great, with Real Madrid keen to sign duo Thibaut Courtois and Eden Hazard.
Diego Costa has also attracted interest from clubs abroad and Conte has told Abramovich he will only remain at the club if his top players also stay.
Hazard scored twice last night as Chelsea edged City to stay on course for the their fifth Premier League title.

And Conte was beaming after the match, which secured a league double over Pep Guardiola’s City and banished the memory of Saturday’s 2-1 loss to Crystal Palace.
“It was another step – a big step – against a great team. They have a lot of qualities,” he said.
“I think we showed to be a great team, to win a difficult game after a defeat against Crystal Palace.
“It wasn’t easy to reply very well in this way. I’m satisfied for this but we have to continue this way.
“We must think that Tottenham could win all their games. We need 18 points to win the title.
“I think we are playing a great season but to win the title there is a long way to go.”
