Cheick Tiote has died after collapsing in training, with clubs and former team-mates paying tribute on Twitter to the ex-Newcastle United midfielder

Tiote reportedly collapsed during training with Beijing Enterprises earlier today, and was rushed to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The Ivorian midfielder made his professional debut for Anderlecht in 2005 before moving to FC Twente then on to Newcastle for £3.5m in 2010.
Tiote was at St James’ Park for seven years, proving a popular figure among the Magpies’ fans.
Newcastle have been one of several English clubs to pay tribute to Tiote, while several of his former team-mates have also posted messages online.
