The argument began after Kim walked into the bedroom and picked a fight with Bianca Gascoigne, who she had nominated for eviction the day before.
Nicola stormed in, inexplicably holding her eye, and began to defend her friend, which resulted in the pair having another slanging match.
The glamour model said: "Don't f***ing come to her! You are so rude!
"You want trouble? You've got it!" the How Clean Is Your House? presenter replied.

Evidently aware of the escalating situation, Big Brother called Kim out of the bedroom.
The 74-year-old refused to go and so Nicola ran to the Diary Room instead.
She sat down and cried: "Big Brother I'm going home now! Don't f***ing talk me down!"
Big Brother tried to stop her, saying: "Can you just bear with Big Brother one second?"

"No I can't! I'm going home now!" Nicola screamed.
Meanwhile, outside the argument continued to rage as Jamie O'Hara leapt to the 35-year-old star's defence.
Security eventually ran in to intervene and Kim was removed from the house.
