The Loose Women regular exited the Celebrity Big Brother house to greet her fans as the series winner, but the banner on-screen awkwardly labelled her as the latest evictee.
Eagle-eyed viewers were quick to spot the blunder and took to social media to slam the Channel 5 show for the "fail".
"Fail by the producers that it says 'Evicted' instead of #Winner," one person said on Twitter.
Another even blasted the channel for the error, saying the show was better at its previous home on Channel 4.

"@bbuk Shame on you! When #CBBColeen got evicted the display read 'Evicted'. It should have said 'Winner'. C5 you are a failure. C4 was the best," they said.
The 51-year-old Loose Women star broke down in tears on beating Jedward to be crowned the series winner.
In her exit interview with Emma Willis, Coleen said: "I've never won anything in my life ever."
She also admitted that her time in the infamous house had been "horrendous" and "100 times worse" than her first appearance back in 2012.

Having previously said that she would be treating her time in the house as a trial separation from her husband, Ray Fensome, Coleen revealed this morning that she hadn't spoken to him since she got out.
Ray is currently in the US and, after over a month without speaking to him, Coleen said that because of the time difference they hadn't managed to have a phone call yet.
Having previously stated that their marriage was in "crisis", she added: "When he gets home we'll see how things are and take it from there."
Speaking about her time in the house, she said: "There was so much time to think about things – I'm so grateful but so thankful to be out."
