The 22-year-old reportedly left the Elstree studios where the Channel 5 show is filmed to participate in some promotional work for her MTV series, Geordie Shore.
Chloe is said to have made an agreement with CBB bosses that she could leave briefly for work commitments because she had only signed up to the show 24 hours before going into the house.
A source told the Daily Star Sunday: "Chloe left the house for prearranged commitments. At the time of leaving she was chaperoned by a member of production and had minimal contact with the outside world."
MTV and Channel 5 are both owned by media company Viacom, which is why the excursion was reported to have been allowed.
