Britney Spears' niece was seriously injured in an ATV crash
Jamie Lynn Spears' daughter was injured after the all-terrain vehicle she was in flipped over, reports claim.
The eight-year-old was said to be unconscious as she was airlifted to hospital following a hunting expedition in Kentwood, Louisiana and TMZ alleged that she had been underwater for several minutes after the incident occurred.
Britney and Jamie Lynn's father, Jamie Spears, told entertainment Tonight: "All I can say is pray for our baby Maddie."

A statement released by the Jamie Lynn's family said: "The details the media are reporting surrounding the incident regarding Jamie Lynn's daughter Maddie are incorrect.
"Right now the Spears family asks that everyone respect their privacy during this time and appreciated all the prayers and support for their family."
Britney shared snaps and videos of her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, with Maddie over Christmas.
The pictures show Maddie and the boys in camouflage gear and face paint, with the caption: "Some good hunting and zip lining for the holidays! Merry Christmas!"

Jamie Lynn has previously described her daughter as a "very happy, content little girl"
Jamie Lynn had Maddie with ex-boyfriend Casey Aldridge when she was just 17 and now raises her with her husband, Jamie Watson.
The 25-year-old recently opened up about parenting their daughter: "She's got such a sweet little heart," she told People. "I feel like I've raised her with a lot of honestly, but I've also raised her with a lot of love.
"She's a very happy, content little girl, and there's nothing more a parent could ask for."
