Andreea Christea was knocked into the river after a car driven by Kent-born killer Khalid Masood ploughed into pedestrains across the central London bridge on March 22.
The 31-year-old had been fighting for her life but was believed to have been showing signs of improvement following the attack.

Ambassador to Britain Dan Mihalache said she underwent surgery to remove a blood clot from her brain.
But Ms Christea, an interior designer from the Black Sea port of Constanta, has now succumbed to her injuries.

In a moving statement, her family and partner Andrei Burnaz said: “After fighting for her life for over two weeks, our beloved and irreplaceable Andreea – wonderful daughter, sister, partner, dedicated friend and the most unique and life loving person you can imagine – was cruelly and brutally ripped away from our lives in the most heartless and spiritless way.
“She will always be remembered as our shining ray of light that will forever keep on shining in our hearts.

“There are no words to even begin to describe the crushing pain and emptiness that is left in our hearts.”
The Romanian tourist was on a short break to London with her boyfriend at the time of the shocking attack.
He had been due to propose later that day, but their happiness was shattered when Masood drove an SUV down the pavement of Westminster Bridge.
Footage of Ms Cristea falling from the edge of the bridge into the river 17ft below was shared worldwide, with people desperately trying to rescue her from the water.
She was pulled out by firefighters who directed a boat towards her, but died in hospital on Thursday – two weeks after the attack.
A Met Police spokesman said: “Whilst formal identification awaits, we believe the woman to be Andreea Cristea.
“Andreea was a Romanian national, but had been visiting London.
“Next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained family liaison officers.”
