Cobham Services on the M25 has been evacuated
Cobham Services on the M25 in Surrey was put in lockdown amid heightened fears across the country following Saturday's London Bridge terror attack, the third in three months.
Lorry driver Matt Fitch. who pulled into the station just moments before the evacuation, told Daily Star Online a hotel at the station has received a "call warning".
He said: "I pulled in 15 minutes ago to stop for the night and was greeted with a fire engine out the front of main building and police everywhere.
"Asked the security guy who was stopping cars entering what was happening and told me it's a scare!
"After talking to some other people now, they were all evacuated from the main building rather sharpish.
"Place is in lock down, cars have been removed and Highways agency have closed the exits from the M25 stopping further traffic entering."
