The small fire on track
The small fire broke out on the section of the track near South Hampstead, leading to a power cut.
Dramatic images show the moment the blaze ripped through metres of cables at the side of the tracks.
This caused major delays and the overground was cancelled as a result.
All trains in and out of the station – including Virgin Trains, London Midland and London Overground services – have been stopped.
Victoria and Northern Line services have also been hit.
A spokesperson for Network Rail said earlier: "No trains are running in or out of London Euston due to a line side fire near South Hampstead which has damaged signalling equipment.
"Network Rail has eingineers on site tryint to restore services as soon as possible.
"As a result of the fire the power supply to Euston was temporarily cut. This led to the evacuation of the station."
