The crash took place near Our Lady's High
The single decker bus flipped on to its side after careering down a verge near Our Lady's High in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire, during rush hour.
Emergency services scrambled to the scene near Dowanfield Road at around 9am.
Two people have been taken to hospital as a precaution, but officials say there are no serious injuries.

We responded to a call from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service at 08.46 hours today

Dramatic images show the bus collapsed on the side in a ditch outside the school.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We responded to a call from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service at 08.46 hours today.
"We have dispatched multiple resources to an address in Cumbernauld."
The bus was carrying children from nearby Abronhill.
Parents recieved a text message informing them there were no serious injuries.
A spokesman for North Lanarkshire Council, said: "A single decker bus overturned just before 9am this morning close to Our Lady's HS, Cumbernauld.

Two pupils were taken to hospital
"The bus was coming from the Abronhill area (Moss Road), with around 30 pupils on board. At the moment there are no reports of serious injuries. However, two pupils have been taken to hospital as a precaution.
"Police Scotland, Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and Paramedics are currently on site. The pupils are being attended to by school staff and emergency services in the assembly hall. All parents have been contacted."
