

A boy has been arrested at a school in Salford after a boy was stabbed multiple times in a street.
A boy, 16, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a boy, 17, was stabbed on Chorley Road in Swinton, Greater Manchester Police said.
He is in hospital with multiple stab wounds and is in a stable condition.
Officers responded to a report at about 09:00 BST that there was a boy with a knife at a school on Sefton Road in Pendlebury.
Officers attended and a 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
He remains in police custody for questioning.
Ch Insp Glenn Jones said: “Sadly a teenager has been stabbed today, and it is only fortunate that his injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.”
