The new Booths BBQ range
Northern food and drink retailer Booths has revealed their new 100% British BBQ range, which has been produced in collaboration with Booths’ finest regional suppliers, including Bleiker’s of Yorkshire and Altham’s of Lancashire.
Almost half of the 31 strong range is produced by Booths themselves, in their central production site in Lancashire. The retailer’s skilled teams of butchers and buyers have developed delicious handmade Booths burgers, Booths Lamb and Chilli Koftas, Beef and Sweet Chilli Koftas, Garlic and Herb Lamb Grillsticks, Minted Lamb Breasts, Chinese Rack of Pork Belly Ribs and racks of Pork Loin Ribs.
Booths also collaborated with award-winning Yorkshire smokehouse Bleikers, devising 3 fresh fish dishes: Salmon and Parsley Burgers with Sriracha Mayo, Harissa Mackerel Fillets and Choo Chee King Prawn Skewers. Expert Lancashire butchers Altham’s Fine Foods has developed 4 100% British chicken dishes, including Wild Garlic Chicken Breast Skewers and Cajun Chicken Breasts.
The retailer has also developed an exciting range of sous vide slow cooked ribs, chicken wings and pulled pork and lamb and beef brisket, as well as a range of regional American BBQ flavours like spicy chipotle pulled pork and spicy buffalo wings.
