The first to enter the house this year is 28-year-old Lotan, who is a member of dance group Dreamboys.
The Essex-born housemate said he would like to se how he reacts in a controlled environment and admitted he's "never not had attention from women".
Speaking about why he wants to appear on the Channel 5 show, he explained: "I want to lay it all bare and put myself through the test in this unique and intense experience."
Next to head into the Elstree compound is Kayleigh, a 28-year-old clothing concession manager from Port Talbort, Wales.
She admitted that she struggles to hold in her emotions, suggesting there could be fireworks if anyone crosses her path.
"I don't think before I say it," she divulged ahead of the launch next week.

The third contestant, Imran, is married to another housemate, Sukhvinder, and wants to show the UK what a modern Muslim looks like.
The 39-year-old from Leeds met his wife when they were eight years old at school and revealed their relationship was frowned upon and they had to sneak out at night to meet up.
"I want to show my children how to be a good person. I want to be an example to the next generation," he said ahead of the show's launch.
Sukhvinder is an entrepreneur from Leeds who will be joining with her husband
Joining Imran in the Borehmawood Bungalow is his wife Sukhvinder, a 38-year-old entrepreneur, also from Leeds.
She married her husband at the age of 17 and feels mums are the unsung heroes of the world and think her bluntness is her best personality trait.
Speaking before she enters the house, she commented: "I want to meet the world and I want the world to meet me too! Life is an amazing gift and if you aren't on TV then who are you?"

Also entering the house as part of a duo is Deborah, a 25-year-old digital analyst from London, who will star alongside her sister.
She's driven and ambitious, which she says is down to her mother's mantra: "If you want the sweetest banana you have to climb the highest tree."
Deborah said she also gets involved in her sister's battles and isn't afraid to speak her mind.
"I want to show the world single mums can be ambitious, successful and don't have to shy away and be locked up in our houses," she commented.
Hannah is the reigning Miss Nigeria UK and hopes to inspire youngsters
And finally, joining her sister is Hannah, a 23-year-old make-up store host and current reigning Miss Nigeria UK.
The singleton is hoping to "inspire the youth of today's UK-born- Nigerians to embrace their culture" and says her best trait is her "confidence and bravery".
Explaining why she wants to take part on the show, she explained: "I want to do Big Brother because I want to do something I have never done before, it's a unique experience. I want to be challenged as person."
