Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick as Real rode their luck to progress – but two of his goals looked offside.
As a result, Barcelona players were furious as their fierce rivals reached the last four.
Pique took to Twitter and cryptically posted "…" just seconds after Ronaldo's second goal.
And Spanish outlet Diario Gol claim Messi was also unhappy – and has vowed to help inspire another Barcelona comeback against Juventus tonight (7.45pm).

Pep Guardiola has been backed to make a shock return to Barcelona
Barcelona should try and replace Luis Enrique with Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola.
That is the view of Spanish football expert Terry Gibson.
Enrique is leaving at the end of the season and Gibson reckons the Catalan giants should do all in their power to lure him back to the Nou Camp.
"My first phone call would be to Pep Guardiola; see how much he's in love with Manchester City," he told Sky Sports.
"If he says no, move onto the next one."
