Palestinian Riyad Hantouli, 39, was repeatedly arrested after he referred to takeaway and restaurant staff working near his city centre apartment as “Iranian and Pakistani ********”.
Jobless Hantouli threatened to kill one waiter and spat in his face when he was refused a drink.
He later told another worker in Manchester: “You Iranian and Pakistanis are all the same.”

Officers struggled to detain Hantouli when they arrested him after he refused to pay a taxi driver.

The father-of-one, who pockets state handouts, has racked up a string of convictions since arriving in the UK in 2002.
He won the right to stay after claiming he was targeted because of his colour and religion in his native Palestine.
Hantouli will be sentenced later this month
Hantouli was convicted at Manchester magistrates court of causing racially aggravated fear of violence, assault, theft and being drunk and disorderly.

He was remanded in custody for sentence after claiming through an interpreter: “I will try my best to change the way I live my life.”
The court heard the incidents occurred on various dates during January and February after Hantouli had been fired from his restaurant job.
He will be sentenced later this month.
