Arsene Wenger has signed a new two-year deal with Arsenal
Arsene Wenger today ended speculation about his future by confirming he has signed a new contract with Arsenal.
The deal will keep him at the Emirates for a further two years, despite mass opposition from fans this term.
Supporters have been calling for 'Wenger Out' for months, particularly after the Gunners failed to secure a Champions League place for next season.
However, Wenger has been backed by the club and the 67-year-old admitted he was "grateful" for the new deal and promised more silverware in the coming seasons.

"This is a strong group of players and with some additions we can be even more successful.
"We’re committed to mounting a sustained league challenge and that will be our focus this summer and next season.
