His tally of 18 Premier League goals and nine assists earned him a PFA Player of the Year nomination this week alongside N'Golo Kante, Eden Hazard, Romelu Lukaku, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Harry Kane.

And Wenger praised the 28-year-old for his versatility along Arsenal's frontline.
“He played for a while centre-forward and has the focus needed to score," said Wenger.
"He plays with an aggressive attitude.
