
Sturridge has fallen down the pecking order at Liverpool this season and despite returning to full fitness, was left out of the starting XI in the 3-2 defeat to Swansea on Saturday.
The 27-year-old has started just two Premier League games since September with Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp preferring Roberto Firmino as his leading striker.
Sturridge averages nearly one goal a game in all competitions for Liverpool since joining in January 2013 but has been limited to just 82 league games during that period.

The England international recently said he believes he is the best striker at Liverpool but Wright suggests Sturridge should move abroad to regain his form.

“He should go somewhere else to revitalise himself. I’m not sure if that will happen in this country. He’s been at all the top teams but Arsenal,” Wright told The Sun goals podcast.
“You look at it and think somewhere like PSG that he might look at. I think he is fantastic. He is a super player. It isn’t going to happen for him at Liverpool.”
