The three new Apple iPads coming to the Apple Store 2017 may have been delayed
Apple are readying the launch of several new iPad models in 2017, however, a recent report has indicated that there release may have been delayed.
The company is gearing up to launch no less than three iPad devices later this year as it looks to relaunch into the tablet market.
While they're still on target to arrive this year, the new iPad models might not launch in the Apple Store “until the second half of 2017.”
That’s according to DigiTimes, whose source in the upstream supply chain claims that these new “products are still in planning.”

Apple iPhone 8 will debut a brand-new all-glass look, with a curved OLED display and no physical Home Button
In another report seen by AppleInsider, trusted source Ming-Chi Kuo says that Apple has multiple releases planned for 2017, including an entirely new edition of the iPad featuring a 10-10.5in screen that stretches almost to the edge of the front panel.
This would mean that Apple has shrunk the surrounding bezels to a fraction of their previous size, making it much more appealing to watch video or play games on the new tablet.
Some of these new details are also cited by the DigiTimes source, explaining: “The source noted that Apple is considering having the 10.5-inch iPad replace the existing 9.7-inch product line and will let the new 9.7-inch iPad become an entry-level device, mainly targeting the education sector.
“Apple will also procure components from its secondary suppliers for its new 9.7-inch iPad and Korea-based Seoul Semiconductor will supply LED for the device instead of the existing 9.7-inch iPad's supplier Nichia.

Alongside this new device, Kuo also noted that Apple is planning an update to both the existing 9.7in iPad and 12.9in iPad Pro models.
This would primarily be through a major hardware improvement, with the latter device being upgraded to a tweaked version of the A10 chip that currently powers the iPhone 7.
The smaller new iPad would probably be a version of the A9 chip from the iPhone 6S smartphone, made by Samsung.
However there was no news on the iPad Mini, which has seen a major slump in sales as consumers instead move towards larger-screen smartphones.
