Express Sport understands the Red Devils are willing to spend £86million to bring Griezmann to Old Trafford.
The France striker has admitted he is open to a move to the Premier League giants.
And Ramos has given his support to the transfer.
"If they [Manchester United] take him, if they take him out from Atletico, it would be less of a problem for us ahead of next season," Ramos told Cadena Cope.

Griezmann has scored four goals against Real and his prowess up front for Atletico has helped them compete at the top of the Spanish table.

He was named Player of the Tournament at Euro 2016 as his France side lost in the final to Portugal.
Manchester United are in search of new strikers, with Wayne Rooney set to depart and the injured Zlatan Ibrahimovic out of contract this summer.
Manager Jose Mourinho is also keen on landing Andrea Belotti of Torino and Everton’s Romelu Lukaku.
There are reports Mourinho could be handed as much as £300m to spend on new players this summer in preparation for United’s return to the Champions League.
