Juergen Hesz erected the statue, dubbed the porno-celain by locals, in the Austrian town of Traunkirchen.
Mr Hesz reportedly put the statue, which represents fertility, in a prominent position for all the see after a run in the with the local town council.

Local mayor Christoph Schragl sent in workers to put a metal fence around Mr Hesz’s garden, which was then covered with green tarpaulin to hide the art.
However Mr Hesz said the fence was still on his land and he had telephoned the mayor to “find a solution”.
The antiques millionaire added: “I want to settle the troubled waves.”
