Frank Lampard would have loved to have played alongside Andres Iniesta at Chelsea
Iniesta, 32, progressed through Barcelona’s La Masia Academy and has been at the Nou Camp all his life.
But Lampard admits he would have loved to have played alongside the Spaniard at Stamford Bridge.
Asked if there was a player who he’d like to play in midfield with but didn’t get a chance to, Lampard told Sky Sports: “Andres Iniesta.”

Lampard added: “There was a lot of talk about Steven Gerrard playing for Chelsea but he never did.
