Leeds United look set to sell Alex Mowatt to Barnsley
Leeds United midfielder Mowatt emerged as a target of the Tykes this week and is on the verge of completing his move.
That is according to Sky Sports, who claim Leeds have accepted an undisclosed fee for their academy product.
Mowatt, 21, has played 20 games for Leeds this season, scoring his first goal of the campaign in the 2-1 FA Cup third round win over Cambridge United.

But he has started just seven of those outings and now looks set to be sold.
Barnsley pushed to sign Mowatt as soon as Conor Hourihane was sold to Aston Villa earlier this week.
Hourihane had been a key component of Barnsley's rise up the Championship table this season and scored in the 3-2 win over Leeds last week.

Barnsley have agreed an undisclosed fee for Leeds' Mowatt
Leeds have already offloaded Luke Murphy and Toumani Diagouraga this month, with manager Garry Monk keen to bring in reinforcements.
And Monk has said he is hopeful of getting deals over the line before Tuesday's transfer deadline.
