Brendan Rodgers paid £25million to sign Adam Lallana from Southampton back in 2014 and he initially struggled to live up to expectations.
The 28-year-old scored just 13 goals in all competitions in his first two seasons at Anfield but he is now enjoying his best season so far under Jurgen Klopp.
Lallana is currently Liverpool's top playmaker with seven assists in the league and has already matched his best goal return with seven this term.

The England international admitted he took time to adapt to his new life at Liverpool when he first arrived but now says he feels more at home than ever.
"I remember my first game at Anfield against Aston Villa," Lallana told Liverpool's official website.
"I was a substitute and I was on the sideline warming up and feeling a little bit like a stranger.
