Two accidents are affecting motorways in Lincolnshire
A pedestrian is believed to have died in the crash on the A158 between Lodge Lane Nettleham and North Lane Sudbrooke, just outside Lincoln.
The A-road has been closed and traffic is slow in both directions between the A15 Wragby Road East junction and the North Lane junction.
Further south three lorries crashed just before 8am near Grantham on the A1, with police calling it a "very serious incident".

That section of the A1 – the UK's longest road – is closed and slow traffic is moving in both directions between Grantham North and Harlaxton.
Congestion is reaching back to Great Gonerby Turn Off and to Grantham South.
A very serious incident has closed the A1 near Grantham. Please avoid the area and follow diversions.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police, said: "The A1 at Grantham has been closed due to a serious incident that happened just before 8am at the bridge on Dysart Road.
"A section of the A1 between the A52 and the A607 junctions has been closed and diversions are being put in place."
Yesterday a lorry crashed on the nearby A52, spilling its load of offal all over the road between Threekingham and Donington.
